Large companies may have legions of marketers working for them in a wide
variety of positions. For small and medium companies, we serve as the
out-sourced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) handling a broad range of
marketing activities and directing the part-time, intern or student on
executing marketing activities.
With previous headhunting experience, we search for marketing
coordinators for your office with whom we work and mentor. We develop
the job descriptions, write the advertisements, review resumes, talk
with candidates, test the applicants, check references and make our
recommendation on the top two or three people whom we have identified as
best for the position. Oftentimes, our goal is to identify a part-time
person who will grow into a full-time role as the person helps the firm
boost revenues.
In medium sized firms, we may identify someone already in the firm
with whom we begin to work on marketing projects. Generally, this person
has good communication skills, excellent grammar and an interest in
marketing.
